Acceptance of terms

You must be at least 13 years of age to use FindOzi. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. By using FindOzi, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. Your continued use of the service after we post updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the service.

Description of service

FindOzi is an AI tool discovery platform that provides: (1) a curated AI tool directory with natural-language and AI-powered search; (2) LearnLab — a prompt gallery, AI courses, and tutorials; (3) user accounts with saved favorites, dashboard, and leaderboard; (4) a tool launch and submission platform; (5) community features including prompt submissions, tool reviews, and feedback; and (6) FindOzi Premium — a paid subscription with advanced features. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. Tool listings are curated at our discretion and do not constitute endorsement of any tool.

User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for activity under your account, except as caused by our gross negligence. You must provide accurate registration information. We may terminate or suspend an account for breach of these terms, for abuse of the service, for non-payment, or for legal and security reasons, with or without prior notice, where the law allows. You may also request account closure; see our Privacy Policy and contact email for data handling.

Premium subscription

FindOzi Premium is a paid subscription available at two billing cycles: ₹599 per month or ₹4,999 per year. Both Indian and international cards are accepted via Razorpay. The subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing period. You can cancel auto-renewal from your Dashboard before the next billing date. No free trial is offered.

Premium access includes: unlimited AI searches, advanced filters, access to hidden and curated tools, early access to newly launched tools, unlimited saved favorites and prompts, tool comparison, AI Recommendation Engine, AI Smart Tool Match, Competitor Tool Finder, Revenue Tool Discovery, paid and free alternatives for the same task, and the full Premium Prompt Gallery. Features may be updated over time as the product evolves.

Refund Policy. We do not offer a free trial. If you are not satisfied with FindOzi Premium, you may request a full refund within 3 calendar days of your initial purchase by emailing [email protected] from your registered email address with a description of the issue. Refund requests made after 3 days, without a stated reason, or on renewal charges are not eligible. Abuse of the refund process or chargebacks without contacting us first may result in account suspension.

Acceptable use

By using FindOzi, you agree not to: (1) use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law; (2) harass, threaten, defame, or harm any person; (3) submit false, misleading, or spam content — including fake tool listings or fabricated reviews; (4) attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems or bypass any security measure; (5) scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract content from FindOzi without our written permission; (6) use our AI search in a way designed to overload servers, extract protected data, or reverse-engineer our recommendation logic; (7) impersonate FindOzi, our team, or any other user; (8) submit community prompts or tool reviews that violate others' intellectual property rights. Violations may result in rate limiting, content removal, or permanent account termination without refund.

Intellectual property

FindOzi’s name, design, and original site content, selection, and arrangement are protected by copyright and other rights. Trademarks and tool names in the directory belong to their owners; listings are for informational purposes. User-submitted community prompts and similar content you upload remain yours subject to the license you grant us to host, display, and operate the product; you are responsible for not infringing others’ rights.

Disclaimer of warranties

The services are provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the maximum extent allowed by law, including without limitation merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the directory is complete, error-free, or that any tool will meet your needs. Third-party tools are not controlled by us and may change without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindOzi, its operator, and its suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the services, even if we have been told such damages are possible. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the services in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to FindOzi for the services in that period or (b) one hundred (100) Indian rupees, except where the law does not allow such a cap.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or FindOzi's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Etawah, Uttar Pradesh, India, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your home jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” line. If you keep using the services after a change, you accept the revised terms, except where we are required to obtain separate agreement.
